Stainless steel panel telephone, handsfree with push button automatic dialer,braille "EMERGENCY" plate, 371-011 mounting box and 371-012 frame. Telephone can be programmed to allow or block incoming calls, provide conversation time-out from 1-9 minutes or no time-out, wink detect time can be programmed if necessary. Telephone can not be left off-hook as it detects when called party hangs up and resets itself.
