We ask that you carefully review the following general terms and
conditions of sale and make a copy for your records.
TERMS:
Net 30 days up to pre-approved credit line. All other orders
will be shipped following prepayment by credit card.
CREDIT CONDITIONS:
To obtain an open account or to be considered
for a higher credit limit please complete CEECO’s credit application
and submit the application to CEECO. Application processing takes
approximately 2-3 weeks.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
New orders and releases will not be shipped while
a past due balance exists on an account. Continued delinquency on
an account will revoke credit privileges.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
Minimum order is $50.00. Orders amounting to less
than $50.00 will be billed at $50.00.
PACKAGING:
All products are packed to protect and ensure the product
arrives at the customer in good condition under normal shipping conditions.
All procedures have been tested and approved by CEECO’s quality
department.
FREIGHT:
F.O.B. Factory, Plantation, FL, USA. All product is shipped
by UPS (United Parcel Service) unless other shipping arrangements
are requested by customer. Alternative shipping may be subjected
to a fee.
DAMAGED GOODS:
CEECO is not responsible for any damage incurred
while in transit. All claims must be entered directly with the carrier.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
CEECO warrants all products to be free from defect
in material, workmanship, under normal use and service for one year
from date of purchase. CEECO’s liability under this warranty
is limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, products proven
to be defective. CEECO shall not be liable for any consequential
expenses associated with a defective product such as labor and installation
cost, loss of revenue and/or travel time. Refer to warranty section
of product manual for complete warranty policy.
RETURN FOR CREDIT:
Authorization for return must be obtained by
CEECO in advance and a RMA issued. Returns are subject to a 20% or
greater restocking fee. Refer to repair and return section of product
manual for complete return policy.
RETURN FOR REPAIR AND RETURN:
Authorization for return and repair
must be obtained by CEECO in advance and a RMA issued. Refer to repair
and return section of product manual for complete repair policy.
Out of warranty repairs will incur charges of labor plus parts.
